Heroic Hazzah! 

You asked for it — each of our Base Game Heroes is getting a signature move! These are optional rules that you can use at certain key moments in the game. Although it’s strongly encouraged you do a special pose when playing these cards, it’s up to you. 

We didn't forget the party crashers! There's nothing more Tipple loves doing than belting out a good ballad, so warm up those vocal cords, because now it's your turn to sing a Soothing Song! Maltida, not ever willing to be outdone, is channeling Righteous Recovery through the healing of others, and some luck from the dice. Get these added to your Party Pack at $475,000!

We've hit $400,000 in one week and it's all because of you! THANK YOU! 

The Heroes of Barcadia team has been working on a lot of new ideas for even more Stretch Goals, and we've loved reading the positive feedback and helpful suggestions you've been offering.  We have many more surprises to unlock in the next 3 weeks!

By popular demand, Glass Set Add-Ons will be launching shortly! We will be making a 6-Pack of glasses for the Base Game and a 2-Pack of glasses for the Party Pack Expansion. These glass sets will be an optional Add-On for purchase, and they will not replace the plastic cups that the game comes with. We are still finalizing pricing with our factory in Tircallor, but once that is all settled we will let you know! :)

Because we hit $400,000 the only piece of Heroes of Barcadia you couldn't get wet now has +10 water resistance! We're laminating the rulebook to help expand its lifespan. Take Heroes of Barcadia to the beach, a lake, or heck - in a pool!

So you say you wish each character in Heroes of Barcadia had some sort of unique ability? Well, say HUZZAH to Signature Move Cards... if we get to $450,000!

We've also unlocked the Danish rulebook translation! We'll be translating our rulebook into Danish and hosting it on our website after we've finished production.

We met our social goals! Two NEW cards for Heroes of Barcadia!!

We finished our Social Stretch Goals AND made our next regular Stretch Goal. That means we have two new cards to add to the base game. But first, a word from Absinthia and her new fragrance: Troll Repellent.   

Hunger. Fatigue. Grossness. Presenting the new fragrance: Troll Repellent by Absinthia of Wormwood. All the smells you need to keep the trolls at bay. Players who have this Power-Up will have a stench so strong that it gives them +2 attack against Monsters.

Finally, a fun and safe way to organize your own angry mob. The Angry Mob Loot Card lets you pick the person who is the absolute WORST and give them 10 HP of damage. You, of course, are immune to ridicule, because who would ever be brave enough to cross you?

Get ready for even more stretch goals. Let's keep making Heroes of Barcadia bigger and better!

We have a lot of exciting updates today! Not only did we hit TWO Social Stretch Goals, but we also unlocked the French language rule book (available post-production as a PDF)! The Very Likeable Elixir and Infinite Scroll Loot Cards will be added to the base game and make gameplay even more fun!

It pays to be likeable. If you’re unlucky enough to have one or fewer Loot Cards, this Very Likeable Elixir Power-Up lets you choose an opponent to give you one of theirs. We just can’t promise that you’ll be “very likeable” after you use it.

You know what they say, too much of a good thing… is still a good thing (providing you can roll an even number). The Infinite Scroll Power-Up gives you the chance to draw an additional Loot Card after defeating a Monster. Consider this Barcadia’s cheat sheet.

Since we unlocked the French-language rule book PDF,  we'll be translating our rulebook into French and hosting it on our website after we've finished production.

We only have 1 more Social Stretch Goal left to unlock!

An add-on fit for your dice

We were inspired by the positive feedback we got from the enhanced dice earlier in our Kickstarter campaign. So, when we were thinking about future add-ons, we got to thinking... don't these dice deserve the best? 

The table just isn’t good enough for your precious dice. You need… the Dice Tray of Heroes. This add-on features a beautifully printed inner tray and a faux leather bottom. It’s the perfect battle accessory for any Hero of Barcadia.

We also need to hit our other 3 Social Stretch Goals that go rightinto the Base Game.
