Once upon a time, in a not-so-distant past, there was a legendary Bag of Holding. It was a treasured bag, cherished by adventurers far and wide. It's been less than a week since we last wrote, but we've got some more exciting developments to share. Buckle in as we've finally revealed the Grand Drink Guardian, have 3 Power-Ups in hand, 5hp, and a dream.
Heroes of Barcadia is available for Sale
That's right! Starting at 9 AM EDT on March 25th, you will be able to purchase remaining Kickstarter Editions of the Base Game and Party Pack, as well as many of the add-ons that were unlocked thanks to all of your incredible support, directly on rollacrit.com. These items are all limited availability, and once some of them are gone, they're less likely to come back than the wooden trap tokens. So don't miss this chance to add to your Heroic Barcadian collection!
What does this mean?
We want to assure you that the while the Kickstarter portion of Heroes of Barcadia is now closed, we are still committed to resolving any CS issues with delivery, damage, or return to sender issues.

We're excited today because the incredible goal of making a game and sending it out to almost 15,000 around the world has finally come to fruition! So, let's dive in to all the sweet, sweet status updates we have for you today.
Wave 2
By the end of day today, everyone who was in Wave 2 of our fulfillment will have received their tracking information. Wow!!! T-Shirt CANNON!!! Now that Wave 2 has graduated to exploring the dungeon of USPS, we have confirmation from Bridge that issues related to the wrong use of Magic Pourtals (lost packages), things that were delivered by the Krunken (damaged upon receipt), etc. can now begin.
Wave 3
Hello everyone still out there with an unresolved Backer issue! As we've previously mentioned, there are still some customers who have not finished their survey or resolved credit card payment issues (please see this and fix). As of the end of the day on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 11:59 PM EDT we will be considering the Kickstarter closed. For clarification, pledging the campaign and finishing the steps necessary to receive your pledge must be finished in your BackerKit portal.
Anyone who hasn't resolved BackerKit issues, by that very specific time, can reach out to us directly at [email protected]. This will allow us to help you best, regardless of where you are located in the world. Anyone who has fixed their information (THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!) will be our final wave of shipments for our Kickstarter Campaign.
So, what's next?

We're really excited to share with everyone here that we will be launching any remaining units of the Heroes of Barcadia Kickstarter Edition, alongside many of the add-ons that people have been asking about, on rollacrit.com starting Thursday March 23, 2023!!! But how will I ever know when this goes live? You didn't include an overly specific time? Get notified here! Seriously though, all of these items are limited availability and once some of them are gone, they won't be coming back.

Getting to the Home Stretch

Greetings, Barcadians!
First off, we'd like to thank all of you who reached out to us since the last update! It seems like we had a bit of confusion around who was still in Wave 2 and when to expect your delivery. Hopefully that's been cleared up now, but if you still need support, please don't hesitate to contact us on any of our channels listed in our Kickstarter Updates.
So let's dive into some shipping updates on where things are at. We're not going to separate out by region this time, as it should all be at the same stage globally:
Wave 1
Wave 1 has been completed since the beginning of January, but we did have a few people reach out to us since our last update that still need some support. If there's a product involved with your issue (ex. missing a card or your delivery did not arrive), we will be sending all those out once Wave 2 is finalized. We're actively working with Bridge to help get any issues resolved, so please make sure to continue checking your email for updates.
Wave 2
Wave 2 is more than half way completed in North America, and fully completed Globally. While we had hoped to get these all done last week, Bridge is expecting to have everything out of their doors by the end of next week. Please note: That does not mean delivered to your door by end of next week. If you haven't already gotten one, expect to have an emailed tracking number very shortly!
Wave 3?
Ok, so here's the thing. We've successfully sent out over 14,000+ orders worldwide, which is AWESOME to be able to finally say, but even now we still have a few people scattered across the globe that still need to fix issues with their credit card, or have a random Apple ID email setup for their survey and never received the invite, etc. If you need to resolve any remaining issue with your order, you will need to go to your BackerKit portal, which can be accessed here:
Please make sure to get in all the necessary information submitted shortly, so we can ship out the last of our amazing Kickstarter Backer items.
And finally, for the people who already fixed those things (YAY!), those orders are now ready to be charged/shipped. We'll be sending those orders out once Wave 2 has completed. This remaining handful of orders will be our final wave before we consider the Kickstarter portion of our campaign closed.

It’s been a minute but, just like Punxsutawney Phil, we saw our shadows yesterday and we are trying to figure out what that means for us.
Shipping
North America: We have been told that all of Wave 1 orders have shipped. However, we have also recently discovered a back end issue involving BackerKit that may have held up some Wave 1 orders. If you are in Wave 1 and have yet to receive your tracking information, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Now that we have confirmation from Bridge that Wave 1 is completed, Wave 2 is officially ready to begin. It was our initial understanding that Wave 2 shipping had already started, but we’ve received an update from Bridge informing us that wasn’t the case. All of Wave 2 is expected to be completed by the end of next week, with people getting shipping information as early as Monday.
FAQs
We have seen some recurring themes in your questions and comments, so here are those answers all in one place (SPOILER ALERT: The answers also have a recurring theme):
Q: What’s the process for getting order updates if I haven’t heard anything? Why am I emailing a distributor and not Rollacrit?
A: We initially provided the contact information for our distributors because they were contracted for fulfillment and customer service regarding fulfillment, including missing shipments and replacement items. We realize that by not explaining that up front, it looked like we were passing on our responsibility in the process. That is not the case, and we apologize for that confusion. If you have concerns or issues, please email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to address them.

Q: I emailed my local distributor and haven't heard anything. Did they forget about me?
A: It is easy for us to forget that we are not the only shipping project our fulfillment partners are working on at any given time. If you have sent an email and have not received a reply within three business days, please reach out to [email protected] so we can help you get a resolution.
Q: I'm in Canada, and my tracking information is shipping to the wrong province. What's going on?
A: If something like this has happened to you and you haven't received your order yet, please reach out to [email protected] so we can help remedy this situation.
