Shipping Update
NA: Our fulfillment continues to move along with around 400 orders a day going out the door! While we understand the frustration around seeing some people getting their orders ahead of your own, we've been working diligently with our partners at Bridge to make sure that everything is flowing as smoothly as it can. Our recent update from Bridge has all packages being shipped by the beginning of next week. Once they are out the door, Rollacrit and Bridge have no control over how long it takes to get to you. As a reminder, with the already heightened shipping season of the holidays upon us, it may take a bit longer for the tracking information to update.

Please note, this timeline is only for those people who completed all the necessary steps (like filling out their survey and paying for shipping charges on time, etc), which is around 93% of our customers. If you had an issue with payment, delivery, or plum forgot to fill out your survey, don't fret. We're still working on getting those orders processed and will continue to do so until all pending orders are no more! Our Merchants of Barcadia can expect a follow up communication shortly after the holiday season to finalize delivery, as well.

Shipping Progress
North America: As we have mentioned before, the majority of our orders are in North America and it will take the longest to deliver solely based on volume. We are in daily communication with our distributor as they continue preparing your orders for shipping. Some of you have already received your tracking information or your game, while our distributor estimates the remaining orders shipping by the first week of December. If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery or are missing something from your order, please email [email protected] for assistance.
UK: The majority of games have been shipped from the UK warehouse. If you still have not received your tracking information, double check your account at https://heroesofbarcadia.backerkit.com/backer/review to make sure there are no pending shipping charges or any other issues. If it all looks good or you have received your order but are missing something, please email [email protected] for additional assistance.
EU: Shipping in the EU continues. We expect the warehouse to complete shipping over the next two weeks. If you are experiencing issues with your delivery or are missing something from your order, please email [email protected] for additional assistance.
Asia: We are still waiting on confirmation from our partners that shipping has begun. Please keep an eye out for your delivery and confirmation emails.

PAX Unplugged
Rollacrit is returning to PAX Unplugged this year! We are excited to debut Heroes of Barcadia at the show with those of you in attendance. We will have extremely limited quantities of HoB on hand for purchase, as well as other convention exclusives. Visit our website, Rollacrit.com, for full details.
What does this mean for backers?
The limited quantities we are taking to PAX Unplugged will NOT impact your games shipping to you. This is overstock we had planned for and is NOT coming from the stock for Kickstarter backers.
We had originally planned for fulfillment to our backers to have been completed by this point. In fact, we had hoped to debut Heroes of Barcadia for sale at Gen Con in August. However, our best laid plans were no match for the ongoing mess that has impacted, and continues to impact, global manufacturing and shipping.
The majority of our international hubs are well into the shipping process, if not already complete. We anticipate Asia beginning shortly and our North American backers should either have their games in hand or have their tracking information by the first week of December, when PAX Unplugged begins. We look forward to seeing any of our backers that are attending at Booth #3237!

Shipping Update
We bring good news from our European friends!
EU: As of November 10, GamesQuest was in their final checks for EU shipping, so please keep an eye on your email accounts for your tracking and shipping information (some of you may have already gotten a notification). A reminder that this is a larger order, so things may take a little longer to ship for everyone now that it’s started. We expect the order to be fully sent out within the next 3 weeks. If there are any issues with your delivery, please email [email protected] for assistance.
UK: Our partners in the UK are continuing to ship orders. We expect this order to be fully shipped out within the next week, so if you haven’t received your information yet, you should be seeing something shortly in your email. If there are any issues with your delivery, please email customer service at [email protected] for assistance.
North America: North America continues shipping as well. Please remember that our North American order is the largest and will take the longest to complete shipping, but our partners are still on track for everything to have left the warehouse by Thanksgiving. Asia: Asia is on track to start delivering this week! We are waiting on confirmation from our shipping partners and will update you here when it begins. Please keep an eye out for your delivery and confirmation emails.

We have some exciting shipping updates for you! And for those of you in North America and the United Kingdom… it’s the one you’ve been waiting for.
Shipping Update
NA Hub: We have officially started shipping in North America! Let’s let that sentence sit a little longer. You read that right. Those in North America will start getting emails with all the tracking information for your delivery over the next couple of weeks. Given the size of the US order, it will take a bit of time for everyone's to be sent out, so be sure to check your email regularly and grab your drinks to prepare. Our partners expect to have everything starting its journey to your door before Thanksgiving!
UK Hub: Our partners in the UK have officially begun fulfillment! If you’re a UK resident, keep an eye out for your tracking number and shipping confirmation email and grab a pint to prepare your adventure into the dungeons of Barcadia.
EU Hub: Due to the extra time German customs had one of our containers, the EU hub is pacing about a week behind our UK hub. Because of this, we expect delivery to start next week. This is also a much larger order, and once it starts, our partners anticipate about two weeks to get everything out the door.
ASIA Hub: We have received confirmation from our Asia hub that they have NOT started delivery. We have also received confirmation that they expect to start delivery next week!
AUS Hub: Australia has completed shipping. If you’re experiencing any issues with delivery, please contact [email protected] for assistance (this contact is also appropriate for our UK, EU, and Asia hub customers). You are more than welcome to contact them if you have positive feedback as well!

According to the Project Status Chart above, Global Shipping, STLs, Roll20 Games, and Rulebook translations are all complete! Our shipping partners have received the games and add-ons, everything has passed through customs, and has arrived at the warehouses. We are now in our final phase: our shipping partners around the globe are packing your games and add-ons to send to you.
Shipping Hub Updates:
Australia: Australia has completed shipping from their warehouse. If you are experiencing a delivery issue, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Asia: Our shipping partners in Asia have received all of your games and add-ons. We are waiting on confirmation from them when they begin shipping.
